How do I qualify for your rates?

In order to qualify for reception room rates, you must have either a business name or a professional title. All businesses who have reception or waiting areas instantly qualify. All you have to do is open an account.

Why do I need to provide a business name or professional title?

Since our specially negotiated rates are available only to businesses with reception rooms or waiting areas, we need the name of your business or your professional title in order to comply with requirements of each publisher.

Can I pay an outstanding invoice online?

Currently this feature in not available on this website, but will be in the future.

What if I can’t find a magazine on this website?

If there is a magazine or professional journal that you are interested in ordering, but you do not see it on the website, either call us at 800-668-9007 or e-mail us at crrssfeedback@ebsco.com.

How do I report a missing magazine issue?

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Click on the red "Report a Problem" link
  3. Change the Address drop down to the correct address if the account has more than one
  4. Check the box next to the magazine(s) that you would like to report as missing.
  5. Click the Report a Problem button
  6. Select "Didn't Receive An Issue" from the drop down list once the page refreshes
  7. Click the Submit button after you have added your additional questions/comments

How do I report a damaged magazine issue?

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Click on the red "Report a Problem" link
  3. Change the Address drop down to the correct address if the account has more than one
  4. Check the box next to the magazine(s) that you would like to report as damaged
  5. Click the Report a Problem button
  6. Select "Damaged Issue" from the drop down list once the page refreshes
  7. Click the Submit button after you have added your additional questions/comments

How do I open a New Account with CRRSS?

  1. Click HERE to open a new account with CRRSS
  2. Fill in your login information, you UserID and password must be at least six characters
  3. Fill in your billing address information, please include your business name or professional title to qualify for the CRRSS discounted pricing
  4. Once finished, click the Create Account button
  5. If you need to add other delivery addresses, click the Your Account button in the main menu bar. Then click the red Change/Add Delivery Address link
  6. Fill out the form accordingly and then scroll down and click the red Add Delivery Address button

How do I cancel my magazine subscriptions?

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Scroll down and click on the red Cancel a Subscription link
  3. Pick the Delivery address from the drop down box at the top if you have more than one address
  4. Check the box(es) next to the magazines you would like to cancel
  5. Scroll to bottom of page and click the red Cancel Subscription(s) button

How do I renew my magazine subscriptions with CANEBSCO?

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Scroll down and click the red Renew my Subscription(s) link
  3. The page will load with all the renewable subscriptions in a list format in groups by delivery address
  4. Uncheck the boxes of the magazines you no long want to renew, then click the red Add to Cart button to add all the checked magazines into your Shopping Cart
  5. Shop for other new magazines if you choose, and when ready, you can click the Checkout button in the main menu bar to purchase your subscriptions.

How do I find out my account Password?

  1. Click on Login button on the main menu bar
  2. Click the red Forgot Password
  3. Fill in your email address and click red Submit button – your password will be sent to the email address on the account, call 1.800.668.9007 if the web account has not been activated

Can I transfer magazines from other vendors to my CANEBSCO account?

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Scroll down and click on the red Transfer Subscription(s) link
  3. Fill in the text areas with magazines you want to transfer and include expiration date and address you want the magazine to go to.
  4. Add your discount/special offer promotional code if you have one
  5. Click red Submit button when finished

Can I be billed for my subscriptions if I need to pay by check?

Brand new accounts require payment via a credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Once you have established you account, the Bill Me option will become available in the Payment Method dropdown box when checking out via the Internet on all future purchases. If you require being billed or pay by check on a new account, you can always call 1.800.668.9007 or fax your purchase to 888.826.3337.

Can I order magazines subscriptions for my home residence?

To qualify for professional discount pricing you must provide a billing address to a business.
